The Tring Natural History Museum is full of them. Everything from polar bears to hippos. Worth a visit but only for the non-squeamish.

Jeremy Bentham was all in favour of stuffing exemplary people and having them displayed to provide inspiration to the populace. Of course he had himself stuffed and still attends meetings at UCL

Not professionally, but I've mounted a few beasts.
I have eaten a pike terrine once, it was fucking delicious - no bones.

She started off being a scantily clad promotions girl serving Tequilla... and then went into mix and matching animals... think she makes a few quid out of it

Went to a restaurant in Jacksonville not so long back and the place was full of them. Lions, Tigers, Antelope and they even had a live 12ft alligator in a tank by the toilets!
Food was average and I won't be going back there, a bit creepy! Clarks something or other.

Easy to catch, not bad taste but a pain to eat.
Really nice smoked, the Natives used to sell us them for cheap on their way home.
On a side note there was/is a band called the Northern Pikes - big song was She Aint Pretty (she just looks that way). Video is kind of weird.

Stuffed animals to me are the fake children's toys so this was a strange(r) thread for a few seconds.
But in this context no. Try to use animals if you are going to kill them and I, myself, am not a huge fan of pets (some people do that apparently)
